Thanks for visiting my site to find out more about me and my work. I started Canyon Springs Consulting in Moab , Utah in 2003, serving a handful of local consulting clients and conducting a few workshops. Since then, my business has grown and expanded to serve a multitude of individuals and teams throughout North America , in a variety of rich and meaningful ways.

I strive for conscientious environmental and social responsibility in my work, and thus have adapted many of my services and retreats to virtual and phone work.
